Do you have Family-Friendly & Age-Appropriate (clean) music? Yes! I have 2 kids (that love to dance!) and know how important it is to be aware of the lyrics and language in songs. If I ever get a request for a song i’ve never heard, I pull up the lyrics and review them before I play it- sometimes I know right away I can’t play certain requests and, very charismatically, let students know it’s not the best song for this type of event and encourage them to think of another one. I do events for elementary-high schools so I also account for the age differences and type of music while still keeping it clean and appropriate.

Do you interact and do activities with the kids? Absolutely, it's the most fun part! I have a variety of games and activities that I do to facilitate an inclusive experience and encourage participation. Some activities and games includes props or equipment and some are dance floor activities that just take music and a microphone to facilitate, I'm very active on the dance floor to encourage everyone to participate and dance by showing them funny dance moves and doing group/line dance songs.
Do you provide a microphone for speaking such as toast, speeches, and various programming? Definitely! I provide Wireless Microphone(s) for speeches, toasts, and any other speaking needs along with mic stands and a mobile podium if needed. These are quality, Shure Microphones that are dedicated for speakers; and are cleaned & sanitized before every event (this is very important).
Do DJ services include MC duties such as introductions and general announcements? Great question, not all DJs offer professional MC services and simply play music, if they speak at all. I provide professional MC services that will compliment the entire event and will facilitate the experience your are looking to provide your guests. The MC's job is to manage the flow of the event while keeping guests informed and engaged as well as facilitate the overall theme or goal of the event; and the job has to be done in a way that is polished and tactful. Keeping guests informed and engaged does not require the MC talk for large amounts of time; it requires effective communication that is charismatic, comfortable, and that connects with your guests.
