Do you have a list of pricing? While we do provide pricing menu’s for venue internal use, we do not have a set pricing list. Each special event is unique and requires a custom quote in order to provide the most value possible. Contact Garett Hayes for a consultation to discuss your event and learn about specific options and general best practices.

Do you have a minimum booking rate? No, because we offer multi-date quotes. However, the general minimum booking rate for DJ services is $295.00, Emcee (MC) and hosting is $395.00, and equipment rentals are as low as $95.00.

Do you charge a deposit? Yes, I charge a deposit that is based on the total amount due; deposits range from a minimum of $75.00 up to 20% of the total amount due. The deposit serves to reserve the date as well as start the planning process, which starts at the time of booking. If the professional you are considering does not change a deposit- run!

What if I have to cancel my event? We ask for a 30-day written notice to cancel the final balance; however each situation is determined individually.

How do I pay my deposit and final balance? You will be sent a digital invoice for the deposit and for the final balance both will allow you to make payment online with credit, debit, or digital merchant.
